Brenda has been with Anthony & Dodge, PC since 1994, became a Partner in 2007, CEO in 2020 and Sole Owner in 2021. She specializes in tax matters affecting closely held, privately owned businesses and their owners. Brenda has over thirty years of comprehensive accounting experience in servicing a diverse client base.

She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. She received a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Bentley College.

Brenda enjoys giving back to the community through volunteer work and Business Sponsorships. She has served on several Not for Profit Boards and numerous committees throughout her career. She loves helping clients “fix their problems, whether it be personal or business”.

Brenda enjoys spending time with her daughters, her granddaughters, extended family, and gardening in the summer.

Patty has been with Anthony & Dodge, PC since 2005. She has worked as a bookkeeper for over three decades and now serves as the Manager of the firm’s payroll processing department. She is responsible for all payroll functions associated with our many payroll clients including weekly, bi-weekly, quarterly, and annual tax filings. In addition, she serves as a trusted representative to our clients during examination, and those times when additional communication with the various taxing authorities is warranted.

Exemplifying the team approach, Patty is constantly willing to take on new and unexpected challenges. This alleviates deadline driven pressures on her teammates and contributes to the continuous satisfaction of our valued clients.

As a proud wife, mother, and grandmother, Patty spends much of her free time with her family providing that same nurturing support and dedication, which is all too well known by her colleagues and clients.

For over 20 years, Bob honed his skills as a public accountant working with firms practicing at the small, regional, as well as national levels. Across all levels it boils down to the competence of the team of individuals directly working with the client and their subject matter. Bob provides tax advice and consulting on matters relating to Individuals and their Corporations, Partnerships, and Trusts, the Non-Profit Foundations and Organizations they are involved with, and their Estate and Gift planning needs.

Bob is an active outdoors enthusiast, hiking across the nation and performing volunteer trail maintenance to give back to the trails for which he is so appreciative. Performing yard work is another cherished past-time. “You get outdoors, but with less travel time to your destination.”

Jonyelle joined Anthony & Dodge, PC in July of 2007. Jonyelle started her accounting career as an auditor for Arther Andersen, continuing on to McGladrey and Pullen and Deloitte and Touche. At Deloitte Jonyelle expanded her career to included corporate tax clients. She has over 20 years of experience in providing tax and accounting services to individuals, closely-held businesses and not-for-profit organizations.

Jonyelle enjoys working closely with her clients for tax planning and strategizing to meet cash flow demands.

Jonyelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of New Hampshire. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Jonyelle currently lives in Topsfield with her husband Scott, their three kids and three dogs. She enjoys CrossFit training, baking, boating and volunteering at not for profit organization.

Jackie has been with Anthony & Dodge since January 2022. She is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the states of New York and Florida. Jackie is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a minor in Mathematics from Hofstra University. While in college full time, Jackie worked as a private high school math tutor. Jackie was born and raised in New York where she gained valuable experience while working at certified public accounting firm for several years. She has worked with a wide variety of clients including individuals, partnerships, and corporations with complex financial situations.

Jackie recently moved to Florida and enjoys bike riding, cooking, spending time with her family including her Shih Tzu, and loves all animals.

Kristin joined Anthony & Dodge, PC as a Staff Accountant/Tax Preparer in October of 2019.

She received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Salem State University.For over 25 years, Kristin has gained extensive accounting experience in both the private sector and public accounting. She enjoys working with clients assisting them with their tax and accounting needs and “excels at helping clients clean up their books and records”.

Kristin lives in Georgetown with her husband, two children and dogs. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and learning new things to improve all aspects of her life.

Deborah Zaffiro joined Anthony & Dodge, PC, in January of 2023. She has been a CPA for over 30 years and ran her own practice, Deborah J. Donahue, CPA, P.C., with her sister, focusing on clients in a variety of industries. Her largest client was a commercial real estate developer who founded WS Asset Management (formerly S.R. Weiner & Associates, Inc.) and she was his personal accountant preparing monthly personal financial statements and yearly valuations of equity and cash flows for the many real estate properties in his portfolio. Deb spent many years working in conjunction with Marcum LLP (formerly Braver & Co.) the accountants for WS Asset Management. She was an important liaison for the firm and the real estate developer and worked for a few of their clients managing the accounting of the many entities that makes up the Mandarin Hotel real estate venture and a valuable member of the team that implemented an ERP system for one of their bio-tech clients.

In 2017 she obtained a master’s Certificate in Fraud and Forensic Accounting and worked part-time as a consultant for DiCicco, Gulman, LLC (now PKF O’Conor) on their Litigation Support Team.

At Anthony & Dodge, PC Deb is preparing corporate, partnership, and personal taxes as well as financial statements for the firm’s clients.

She is passionate about helping others, such as delivering meals and groceries for The Open Door Food Pantry in Gloucester, MA, during the pandemic and helping others at Tailored for Success as a member of their Board of Directors.

She enjoys travel, walking her Golden Retriever on the Gloucester beaches, and golf.

Rebekah joined Anthony & Dodge, PC in January of 2023. She started her career as an auditor at PwC and has worked extensively in financial reporting within the investment management industry. At Anthony & Dodge, Rebekah enjoys assisting a variety of clients with tax preparation and planning.

Rebekah holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Vermont and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Rebekah currently lives in Essex with her husband and their three children. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, tennis, skiing and boating.

Katherine has been a tax preparer with Anthony & Dodge, PC since 2005, working primarily during tax season on personal tax returns. As a retired actuary, she has a financial background that lends itself well to tax and projection work.

During off-season Katherine enjoys reclaiming her more leisurely paced life, learning to play Mahjong and Canasta. She is an avid reader, loves her garden and traveling. She also enjoys spending time with her adult daughters and visiting her large extended family.

Katherine received her BA in Mathematics from Brown University and was a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries.

Robin joined Anthony & Dodge in June, 2017 as a bookkeeper.

Robin holds a BS in Accounting from Northeastern University and an MBA from Nichols College. She has spent over 20 years in a variety of accounting and finance roles from Staff Accountant to Controller, mostly working for small to medium size companies in the technology and engineering industries.

She lives in Georgetown with her husband and sons. She enjoys traveling with her family to new and interesting places. She also enjoys spending time in Maine and cheering for the New England Patriots.

Mary has been with Anthony & Dodge, PC since 1997. Her areas of expertise include estate, trust and gift tax planning & compliance. In addition, Mary proactively assists our clients in developing comprehensive generational tax planning and wealth transfer strategies.

As a QuickBooks expert, Mary also plays a critical role supporting the office as well as many of our clients. Her ability to remain effectively well-rounded and passion for the profession, has created successful, trusting, and long-lasting relationships. Mary has played an instrumental role in developing the very foundation of Anthony & Dodge.

She received a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Simmons College. Her background has made her a valuable asset within many areas of the profession. Prior to joining Anthony & Dodge, Mary was employed by the “Big 8” firm Cooper & Lybrand, where she earned the title of Manager.

Mary is an avid reader, traveler, a creative wordsmith, and loves spending time with her dog.

Emily has been with Anthony & Dodge, PC since 2014. As the Office Manager, Emily oversees all administrative aspects of the firm ensuring the internal workings of the organization which, in turn, allows all firm members the ability to provide a high level of service to our vast array of valued clientele.

Using a hands-on approach, Emily actively participates in all areas of administration including various building, equipment, computer, and employee related activities. Emily’s willingness to go above and beyond alleviates firm pressures and lets all firm members consistently function at their best.

Emily received her BS in Management from Bentley University. Away from the office, Emily is a mother to twin sons, an avid reader, dog lover, and gardener. She lives in NH with her husband, Peter and their faithful dog, Jäger.

Robin has been with Anthony & Dodge since October 2021. Robin assists in many different areas for the administration team. She is responsible for Organizing and Scanning all tax returns. In addition, she processes returns, works on extensions, and releases tax returns to taxing authority. Robin has taken on other projects such as bookkeeping, and 1099s. She is extremely organized and always eager to help.

Robin received her BA in Economics and Mathematics from Framingham State University. She worked in payroll and billing for many years for the City of Peabody before coming to Anthony & Dodge.

Robin works “mother’s hours” to accommodate her home life. She currently lives in Peabody with her husband, two children, dog and two cats! When possible, she enjoys spending her free time with family and friends. She also enjoys golfing, vacationing, and summer!

Beth has been with Anthony & Dodge since January of 2024. As an administrative assistant, her multitasking skills have enabled the redistribution of the workload. Her ability to learn quickly makes her a great addition to the A&D team. Additionally, she shares the front office coverage a few times a week.

Beth worked for 20 years at The Governor’s Academy as an administrative assistant/office manager for the College Counseling Office. She lives in Amesbury and enjoys gardening, listening to live music, and traveling.

Katie has been with Anthony & Dodge since October of 2021. She will likely be the smiling face you first see when you enter the office or hear on the phone as she oversees the front desk. Her enthusiasm and organizational skills are well valued in the office as she helps each staff member complete their job duties in a timely manner.

Katie is originally from Buffalo, NY and holds a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Syracuse University. After spending 15 years in the healthcare industry including long-term care, out- patient, and hospitals she took time off to raise her two daughters.

Katie lives in Wakefield and enjoys dining out with friends, boxing, and hiking through Breakheart reservation. Out of the office Katie’s full-time job is driving to-and-fro her daughters’ gymnastics meets and hockey games as they are both very active, accomplished, and competitive athletes.

Anthony joined Anthony & Dodge in January of 2024. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University.

Anthony has over 30 years of experience in financial management at both Century Bank and Trust Company and at Needham Bank, where he managed the finance departments. Prior to that, he was a senior auditor at Ziner and Company in Boston. He enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and outdoor activities.

Bob brings over 40 years of experience in the accounting field to the firm, evenly divided between serving private industry in executive level positions and as a practicing CPA. He has developed an extensive breadth and depth of knowledge in accounting, taxation and operations while working with individual taxpayers and businesses in the service professions, real estate, construction, automotive, entertainment, manufacturing, and nonprofit sectors.

He holds a Master of Science in Taxation degree from Suffolk University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Salem State University. Professional memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.

A lifelong resident of the Northshore and Merrimack Valley he has advocated for affordable housing and day care programing for the disabled with local nonprofit groups in his community. Bob unwinds at the seashore and in the woods and lakes of our region with his wife, children and grandchildren, fishing rod or camera in hand.
